Genco Development Corporation (GDC) was founded and led by Pali Bedi in 1998. GDC is a private real estate company focusing on commercial developments and recently affordable residential developments. 

GDC has developed over 600,000 square feet of commercial space and properties in over 20 years. Previous developments include industrial, retail, and freestanding buildings for national tenants.
